i think you are OK with 14m and lightwind board. during our stay we had more light wind than strong wind. there where a few days i used 9, some days i used 12, but most of the days there was light wind. lot of people couldnt kite because they had small kites. i had an old 17 and that worked perfectly. so yes. if you have place for one kite and board, take 14 + lightwind :) have fun!
