HI Tanya, Nov+Dec+Jan are the best wind month, about 55% probability for days above 4bft. I was there in January and needed everything from 7m to 14m. So I think there is no best kite size. But when you have to decide I would rather let the really big ones at home and take the smaller ones to cape town! hope that helps. mathias
