Back in Tarifa after a week in maroc essaouria . The comp went pretty good for me in the singels i ended up in 2nd place in the doubels i had the change to come back. Alberto rondina came up to me again , he is always riding string and i had a hard heat it was superrrr close and luckly i won and had to face kevin Again. AFter my 4th place in the singels the wind looked pretty bad and i didn,t expect to ride again, but around 2 o clock the last day the wind came up realy good.

I was power on my 14m and 1 heat on my 12m. First heat to defend my 4th place Local rider Alex Soto , had a good and powerfull heat and past on against Alberto rondina for 3th place, again had a good heat and won over him.   Read more ...

So yesterday we finished the Singels. I had a couple of hard heats. First against Brazilian Evandro da silva who is riding really well.

Last 4 days has been alright here in Cabarete, the wind was pretty good until yesterday , there where some clouds hanging on top of the mountains so the wind was gusty and not really strong.

Today we will have the registration of the PKRA and tomorrow the first comp day.

The water condition is super choppy,after a full dat of kiting your eyes are filled up with salt water hahah.

Been quit a time whit out an update from my side. I haven’t been sitting at Home though and doing nothing.

2 weeks ago we had the Brunotti 2011 photoshoot at Mauritus, what a great place. We had wind, wave,s ,sun. And a great time. Just been there for a week what is way to short , when you are there, travel around the island and you will see amazing spots with nobody there. Clear bleu water and white sand. Read more ...

Sorry for the late update, i was on a fotoshoot in Mauritius not bad as well.

So here I am again. Back in Germany just in time for Easter. Hope u have got a lot of chocolate to stand this cold weather :) In the latest Kitelife issue is a double page with a frontmobe of me. Picture was taken by David Sonnabend again who is my personal photographer :) The trip to Germany was alright. At first they put me on standby in Perth cos the flight was overbooked again. They left it to the very last second to decide whether I wld make it on the flight or not. Eventually I cld get on the plane. After I was checked double at the immigration again, and some bomb searchers who went through all my stuff, the plane cld departure 20min late. How bizarre when the cabin crew yells at u y u r so late. Their mistake. weirdos.. Today I am going back to Greifswald as uni starts tomorrow again. Hope to get on the water again in thick wetsuits. brrrrr. Soon I’ll show u another little video of me training at Safety Bay. So stay tuned. Read more ...

Last days in SA.

The last days we stayed in Struisbaai, we wanted to go to Hermanus but the wind would not be good out there.

We met a local on the beach who was willing to take us to a lot of nice place,s the first place went to is Arniston, we went with 4×4 trough some sandduines and arrived at a sick wave spot , was a really powerful wave from about 5m high. Read more ...
