Getting ready for the summer  -  especially after perhaps eating a little too much during Christmas, Easter and so on…   !?  -  I worked out a fitness routing for ‘gym-avoiders’, i.e. far off boring dumb bells and machines that’s focusing on strengthening kite-specific muscle groups. Read more ...
